Teofista Boxing Gym is always happy to train anyone who is just looking for a quick fitness fix! If you have a company how is just looking for a good way to exercise and bring your group together, try one of our group sessions which is conducted by a true fighter who knows how to train and bring out the true gladiator in you and your group. All group sessions are priced per participant. Minimum of 10 people per group at $25 per person for Gold members and $30 for non members. *all non members group sessions are for beginners who have never tried any combat sport and is non contact.*
